I don’t know how I’m going to go without a cigarette when I’m on the phone, driving, or when I hang out in the backyard with my buddies. Dang, I’m really torn about not being able to smoke after a meal.. I mean that’s a killer. Anyone who’s a smoker knows how important that puff is after meals. I am going to try exercising and I’ll also drink lots of water like you advice, but I don’t know.. this is going to be hard.
